By downloading, installing, or using WherePut ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

WherePut offers a free 7-day trial with limited features. During the trial period, you may use the Software subject to the following limitations:

Upon purchasing a Pro license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Software on up to three (3) devices for personal or commercial use.

Payment is processed by LemonSqueezy. By making a purchase, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's Terms of Service.

3.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Software for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

To request a refund, email support@whereput.com with your order number or license key.

4. Updates and Support

4.1 Software Updates

Your Pro license includes all future updates to the Software at no additional cost. Updates may include bug fixes, new features, and compatibility improvements.

4.2 Support

Pro license holders receive priority email support. We aim to respond to all support requests within 48 hours on business days.

5. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all code, design, graphics, and documentation, is the intellectual property of WherePut and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a license to use the Software, not ownership of the Software itself.

Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WHEREPUT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WherePut and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Software or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.

You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the Software. No refund will be provided for voluntary termination after the 30-day refund period.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law
